    The Falling Asleep in the Lord of the Rev. Dr. Thomas FitzGerald. It is with great sadness yet with hope in the resurrection, that Hellenic College Holy Cross announces the passing of Rev. Fr. Thomas FitzGerald, ThD, on December 29, 2024. Fr. FitzGerald dedicated nearly five decades to our school as Professor of Church History and Historical Theology from 1974 to 2022.   • Dean Pentiuc’s Return with a New Publication

    After an unexpected and necessary medical leave that began this summer, our esteemed Dean, Rev. Dr. Eugen J. Pentiuc, plans to return to his decanal duties beginning January 7, 2025.  President Demetrios S. Katos, Ph.D. commented, “I am confident that Fr.     The inaugural conference of The Orthodox Canon Law Society of North America (OCLSNA) took place on October 18–19, 2024 at the Maliotis Cultural Center located on the campus of Hellenic College Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, 50 Goddard Avenue, Brookline, MA.
